The FältCom ECII ® Flex telephone is an alarm system for elevators intended for passenger transport.

When a trapped passenger presses the alarm button, FältCom ECII ® automatically sends an alarm to a predefined telephone number, preferably a 24-hour service center, at which the elevator is identified.

Two-way voice communication is then established and the passenger can communicate with the service center operator, who can undertake the appropriate action.

The FältCom ECII ® Flex system was designed with a focus on safety, simplicity and high reliability of operation. This system was developed in close cooperation with professional end users and industrial designers.

The audio quality of FältCom ECII ® Flex is exceptional even in difficult environments with background noise. The FältCom ECII® Flex phone is mounted with security screws and the front plate is made of stainless steel and vandal-proof. The FältCom ECII ® Flex phone has the CE mark and meets EN81:28, EN81:70, EN81:71 and EN81:80 standards.
