Sharing a space does not mean sharing a goal.
Many companies believe they have a team.
In reality, they often have a group of people working in the same place.
And those are two very different things.
One thing is a group of people carrying out tasks.
Another is a group that shares values, objectives, and a common direction.
This is where the real difference between a collection of individuals and a team begins.
Values are not written. They are shared.
At Nauled, our values did not simply appear on a wall overnight.
They emerged through a shared process involving everyone in the company.
The objective was simple:
to identify the principles that guide every decision, every project, and every relationship.
From this process, six core values emerged.
1. Collaboration
No significant result is achieved alone.
Collaboration means bringing together skills, experiences, and different perspectives to achieve a common goal.
Because true strength often does not lie in an individual's abilities.
It lies in the unity of people working toward the same direction.
2. Sustainability
For us, sustainability is not only about products.
It is about the way we operate every day.
It means paying attention to resources, materials, and the environment.
It is a commitment reflected in our business decisions, processes, and the responsible management of everything we use.
3. Responsibility
There is one phrase that perfectly represents this value:
"I'll take care of it."
Responsibility means taking ownership and seeing things through.
Whether it concerns a customer, a project, or an internal activity, the goal is always the same.
4. Innovation
Innovation does not mean doing something different at all costs.
It means improving. Improving a product, a process, or the experience of the person using a solution.
Because standing still means falling behind.
And continuous improvement is an essential part of growth.
5. Passion
Passion is what turns a job into something more.
It is the desire to find a solution, complete a project, and bring an idea to life.
Because without genuine involvement, the outcome may be acceptable.
But it will rarely be exceptional.
Authenticity and Respect
Perhaps the most important value of all.
Without respect, it becomes difficult to build lasting relationships.
With customers. With suppliers. With colleagues.
Being authentic means being consistent with what you say and what you do.
And trust is built on that consistency.
When something doesn't work, a value is often missing
Every company makes mistakes.
The difference lies in how those mistakes are addressed.
Because an error is not a failure. It is an opportunity to understand what can be improved.
And very often, by analyzing what went wrong, you discover that one of the shared values was missing.
This is where the VIA path was born
To give concrete direction to these principles, the VIA path was created.
A simple acronym: Values. Ideas. Actions.
Its meaning is just as simple.
First come the values. Then come the ideas. Finally come the actions.
Every decision must follow this sequence.
Because only in this way can actions remain aligned with what the company wants to be.
The real difference between an aggregate and a team
Think about a queue at the post office.
All the people there share the same space, but they do not share a common goal.
That is an aggregate.
A team is different.
A team is a group of people who share values, objectives, and a common direction.
And when that happens, the result achieved by the group becomes greater than the sum of its individual members.
