Everyone talks about the mirror. Almost no one talks about the light. When designing an elevator cabin, the request is often the same: “I need a mirror.”

Turning on a light is easy. Controlling it is something else. When it comes to lighting, many people think there are only two possibilities: on or off. In reality, that’s not the case.

The problem is not turning it on. It’s deciding what happens. With a “classic” LED strip, you do one thing: you turn it on. With an SPI strip, you do something different: you decide how it turns on. And that changes everything.

The problem is not the light. It’s the time you waste It always goes the same way. You arrive on site. You have a ceiling light. You install it. The client shows up. “Too cold. Too weak. I don’t like it.” And what happens next?
