The heart of the system is not the LED
Classic mistake: thinking that light depends only on the LED strip.
That’s not the case.
The real core of the panel is the central plate.
This is where everything happens.
LEDs don’t shine forward. They shine from the sides.
Light enters the plate, which is completely transparent.
And that’s where it is managed.
The process that makes the difference
This plate is not just smooth.
It is laser-processed, creating a pattern of micro engravings designed to
extract light in a controlled way.
Without this process, the light would remain inside.
With it, light is distributed outward.
And this is where it is defined:
- how much light comes out
- how it is distributed
- how uniform it is
Light is not wasted. It’s controlled
Part of the light goes downward.
This is where the second layer comes into play: the reflector.
Its only job is to capture that light and redirect it upward.
The final effect? It’s not made by the LEDs
Finally, you reach the last layer: the opal diffuser plate.
It’s the one everyone sees. But also the one most underestimated.
It diffuses the light, removes hotspots, and makes everything uniform.

This is not a detail.
It completely changes light distribution, uniformity, and the real output of the panel.
The difference between light and design
Any panel produces light.
A designed panel is uniform, efficient, and coherent with the application.
And this doesn’t depend on how much “light it produces.”
It depends on how it is built.
Because when you ask for “an LED panel”, you’re not asking for an object.
You’re asking for a system that distributes and controls light.
