You receive quote requests every day, you prepare the document, you send it… and then they disappear. If it happens often, the problem isn’t the client. It’s the process. When a client asks for a quote, in most cases they are looking for just one thing: a number.

When a client invests tens of thousands of euros in an elevator system, they are not simply purchasing a machine that goes up and down. Yet, all too often, the industry continues to think as if that were the case. Let’s look at a concrete example.
