Hand Sensor for Bars and LED Strips - ON/OFF

LED touch sensor for bars and LED strips.
The sensor will detect the movement of the hand at a distance of about 6-9 cm; in this case the light will turn on.
By passing the hand close to the LED sensor again, the light will turn off automatically thanks to the infrared sensor.
